Every plan includes all eight agents. The only difference is how many projects you can run at once. See Projects.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required on file so the subscription can start automatically when the trial ends. During the trial you have the full product.
How to cancel your trial
- Open Settings > Billing.
- The page shows which day of the trial you are on and when billing starts.
- Choose Cancel my trial and confirm.
The cancel button only shows while you are on a trial. Once you are a paying subscriber, billing is managed from the same page.
Revenue share
In addition to your monthly plan, Apparae takes 20% of the monthly recurring revenue your product earns through Apparae. If your product earns nothing through Apparae, the share is zero.
Invoices and receipts
Billing is handled through Stripe. For an invoice or receipt for any charge, email help@apparae.com.
Refunds
Our refund terms are on the refund policy page. If something looks wrong on a charge, email help@apparae.com.
