This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") supplements our Terms of Service and describes how Apparae processes personal data on your behalf.
Apparae is the data processor; you are the data controller. Sub-processors are Supabase (database + storage), Google (Gemini LLM inference), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting).
Data-Subject Rights: GDPR and CCPA rights are supported through /account/settings → Data & Privacy → Export or Delete.
