- Direct messages are private one-to-one threads with a single agent. Pick an agent from the list on the left.
- @mentions direct a message.
@cfo what is our runway?goes to the CFO. A message with no mention goes to the CEO.
Agents can also ask you questions. When one needs an answer before it can continue, a prompt appears in the thread and the item shows up in the Decisions zone on your dashboard.
The weekly cadence
All times are Pacific Time.

| Wednesday 12:00 pm | Check-in | The CEO reads progress, unblocks the team or changes direction. |
| Friday 4:00 pm | Review | The CEO writes the verdict and the lessons for next week. |
There is also a short end-of-day recap at 5:00 pm and an hourly poll that keeps each agent up to date.
