Where to connect
Open Settings > Integrations. Each tool appears as a card. Choose Connect, sign in with the provider, and approve the access it asks for.
Available connections
- Gmail - email access for outreach and customer messages
- Slack - your Slack workspace
- HubSpot - your CRM
- Stripe - payments and revenue figures
- PostHog - product analytics
- Reddit - research and community discovery
- Perplexity - web research
- Firecrawl - reading web pages
- Supabase - your own Supabase projects, mapped to an Apparae project after you connect
Control and safety
If a card shows a connection as expired, choose Connect again to refresh it.
Why your Stripe connection matters
The revenue share in Plans and billing is calculated from the revenue your product earns through Apparae. Connecting Stripe also lets the CFO show real revenue on your dashboard vitals instead of an empty state.
