Apparae gives you a team of eight AI agents that run the business side of your product: strategy, money, marketing, product, engineering, growth, learning and customers. This page walks through your first ten minutes.
1. Sign up and start your trial
Pick a plan on the homepage and sign up with Google or email. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required on file, and you are not charged until the trial ends.
2. Finish the setup wizard
After signing up, a short wizard asks how you want to start:
- I have no idea yet - you are taken straight to a chat with the CEO, who asks questions to help you find one.
- I have an idea - tell us the idea. You can optionally link a GitHub repository so the CTO has context.
- Adopt an idea from the Ideaplace - pick an idea and the agents start from its research.
3. Meet the dashboard
You land on the command surface at /dashboard/default. It has four zones:
- Vitals - the pulse of your company: runway, revenue, burn, users and growth.
- Decisions - things your agents need from you before they can continue.
- Activity - a feed of what the agents did.
- Agents - your eight agents and what each is working on.
A short tour points these out the first time you arrive. You can skip it.
4. Say hello
Open Chat in the sidebar and write @ceo hello. The CEO is the default responder when you do not mention anyone. See Chat and meetings.
